I could not be more pleased with the performance of Namaste from the start of the bidding process to the final installation. I think it was just the upset of Covid with my prior experience.

Service within the week and issue resolved.********2021 update – I had great customer service this time. ****follow up: after I posted the initial review, I received call from manager of service, very apologetic.
I am actually afraid they are struggling to keep doors open since I can’t seem to get any response. I understand the limitations this virus environment is creating to keep employees safe – but customer service shouldn’t be impacted as they can make calls from anywhere. I spoke to receptionist last week and week before and she promised to “get it to someone to call me back” even though “service Dept has been slammed”. I just want to know when my panels will be fixed. Fast forward 7 weeks since that conversation – not a peep or return phone call even though I have called every week and tried to escalate the problem. Ok, not a great answer but understandable. However, half of my panels quit working in June and it took a couple of weeks to … connect with service department who told me there was a service backlog of 6-8 weeks due to COVID. The company is looking forward to its continued growth and the opportunity to work closely with Houston-based pipeline operators who have a need for integrity management consulting, GIS data management, and regulatory compliance guidance.I gave Namaste rave reviews for installing my rooftop solar panels a couple of years ago – they did an awesome job.
